Cancellation

Before placing an order, we urge the customer to confirm the specifications and contact us with any questions. Should you need to cancel an order for any reason, please do so no later than 24 hours after placing the order.

If the cancellation is made prior to the product being shipped:
  • We will reimburse the full amount if you cancel your order prior to the product being shipped.
If you decide to cancel after your order has been shipped:
  • In the event that a product defect is discovered after it is delivered to you, it will be eligible for replacement.

Return

Every item offered for sale on Scalewala is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. To take advantage of warranty services, please adhere to the directions in the information booklet or user manual. Although Scalewala will assist, the manufacturer is responsible for settling warranty claims in accordance with the terms of the warranty.

You can return a product in the following situations.

  • The product is defective or physically damaged
  • The incorrect product was shipped
  • Visible damage to the packaging

Please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person if you have received the product in a bad state or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before delivery. In addition, kindly mention your Order ID when contacting us by phone or email at contact@scalewala.com. We will personally see to it that you receive a brand-new replacement at no extra expense. When returning a product to us, please make sure that the original packaging and product tag are still attached.

Except in the preceding scenarios, returns cannot be accepted for the following:

  • Product damage results from customer use or handling
  • Any component that has been used or is missing
  • Missing are the invoice, price tags, labels, brand packaging, promotional items, and manuals
  • The products’ serial number markings are damaged or have been tampered 
  • Products that the product catalogue indicates are exempt or non-returnable

Please check the following before starting the return process.

  • The product is not utilized
  • All tags and labels are present, and the brand packaging is undamaged
  • The invoice is available

Within two days of receiving the item, you must contact customer support by phone or in writing to start the return process. A replacement will be made if the product is offered on the portal. Orders from elsewhere will be canceled.

Refund

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the payment was received in the manner described below.

  • The refund process will begin the day after the call or email is received if the request is made before the shipment is shipped
  • Refunds for approved returns will start once the returned item goes through a quality inspection
  • We will get in contact with you to obtain bank information for processing refunds for orders paid for with cash on delivery
